01A new product from Uncovered

Do the task once.
The SOP writes itself.

Record a workflow in your browser. SOPWizard watches the steps, writes the procedure, asks about anything unclear, and hands you a polished guide your whole team can follow.

02The problem

Your best processes live in
someone's head.

And that someone is busy. Or on vacation. Or leaving in two weeks.

Training means shadowing.

A new hire learns the workflow by watching someone do it. Twice, if they're lucky. Then they reconstruct it from memory, badly, and the person who actually knows the process spends their week answering the same questions.

Nobody writes it down, because writing it down is awful.

Documenting a process means doing the work twice: once in the system, once in a doc, with screenshots, that's outdated by the next release. Everyone agrees the SOP should exist. Nobody volunteers to write it.

SOPWizard removes the writing.

Do the task the way you always do. SOPWizard captures each step — the pages you opened, the fields you touched, the choices you made — and drafts the procedure for you. You review, fix anything it misread, approve. Done.

03How it works

Four steps. None of them is "write."

01 / Record

Click start. Do the task. Click stop.

A Chrome extension records the workflow as you perform it — every step gets a screenshot with the exact element you clicked highlighted. A visible recording indicator stays on screen, and if you walk away it reminds you it's still running.

02 / Answer

It asks instead of guessing.

A recording can't explain why you chose the option you chose. So SOPWizard asks — targeted questions about the judgment calls, the exceptions, the things a new employee always gets wrong. Your answers get folded into the exact step they belong to.

03 / Review

Correct it in plain English. It learns.

Fix any step by saying what it should say. Only that step changes. Mark a correction as "applies to future workflows" and SOPWizard remembers — the next draft of a similar process comes out better. Approve when it's right.

04 / Share

One recording. Every format your team needs.

A polished visual guide with annotated screenshots. A Word document for the ops manual. Clean Markdown built to be handed to an AI assistant — so the procedure you recorded today is the procedure your tools can follow tomorrow.

04Built for work that handles real data

Your recordings are yours.

It never captures what you type.

SOPWizard records which fields you touched — never the values you entered. Passwords, client details, account numbers: not captured, not stored, not in the SOP.

Sensitive values get stripped automatically.

Anything that looks like an SSN, email, phone, or card number is redacted by a hard gate before a draft is ever written. Screenshots stay with your recording, not with a model provider.

Nothing ships until a person approves it.

Every SOP goes through human review before it's final. Drafts are drafts — approval is a deliberate act, and editing an approved SOP reopens it.

05Pricing

Priced on what you get, not on seats.
