Carriers got core systems. Agents got AMS. Adjusters got mobile apps. MGAs got marketplaces.
The consumer got a folder. A 1-800 number. And the hope that they read the right paragraph.
Uncovered is for the consumer. An AI concierge that reads every policy, stores every document, watches every renewal, and when a claim gets denied, drafts the letter that gets it reopened.
We are not anti-carrier. We are not anti-agent. We are pro-consumer. We believe the entire industry works better when the person at the center is actually represented.

That a denied claim is the end of the conversation.
Most denied claims are reversed when someone fights them. Nobody is fighting them on your behalf. We are.
That your policy is too complicated for you to understand.
It's written that way on purpose. We translate it. Then we tell you what's missing.
That your data belongs to the carrier.
You paid for it. You generated it. The endorsements, the loss runs, the photos, the filings. Yours. The fact that you can't access them is a design choice, not a law.
That you need an agent to know what your coverage actually does.
You shouldn't. The agent is a partner, not a gatekeeper. We work with the good ones. We replace the rest.
That this is just how insurance is.
It isn't. Every other consumer category got fixed. Insurance just got skipped.
